Saturday, July 12, 2003  This month Dr. Edward A. Stadtmauer will speak to the group about Velcade and its recent approval for refractory patients. He will address issues of availability, guidelines for use, information about trials, his experience with it, etc. We also hope to have a representative from Millennium, makers of Velcade, at the meeting.

Saturday, March 8, 2003 The focus of this meeting is Advocacy. We're happy to welcome Greg Brozeit, advocate on national issues for the International Myeloma Foundation, and Melissa Guizzi, of Cullari Communications Group who works on Pennsylvania advocacy issues.

Saturday, February 8, 2003 We are pleased to welcome Dr. Edward Stadtmauer, of the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Stadtmauer will talk with us about new treatment options for MM. (We were also happy to welcome Dr. Edith Mitchell, of Jefferson Hospital and board member of the International Myeloma Foundation.)
